Wellness YoDa

Movement that feels kind, connected, and made for people like you and me.

Gentle Flow is my signature style — a soft, fluid practice designed for people over 50 who want to move with ease, build strength safely, and feel more at home in their bodies.

Each class feels like a gentle dance: slow transitions, mindful pacing, and movements that support your joints, balance, and mobility. We begin by grounding the mind, waking up the breath, and easing into the body. From there, we explore seated, standing, and floor‑based movements that help you feel steady, spacious, and strong.

You’ll always receive options — ways to soften, ways to challenge, and ways to honour exactly how you feel on the day. There’s no pressure, no performance, no “keeping up.” Just real movement for real people.

We close with stillness and meditation, leaving you calm, centred, and connected.

Gentle Flow is for you if you want:

  • movement that supports ageing well
  • a practice that feels safe, spacious, and grounding
  • strength without strain
  • balance without fear
  • a class where you feel included, seen, and guided with care

This is a class  for people like you and me – steady, mindful, and deeply nourishing.

Three Yoga Tools

Poses/Asanas

Asanas are more than shapes – they’re a way of tuning into your body with intention. When practised mindfully, they ease tension, soothe aches, support better sleep, and help you feel more spacious and steady in your everyday life.

These movements remind you that strength and softness can exist together, both on and off the mat.

Breathing / Pranayama

Pranayama is the bridge between your body and your mind.

It calms the nervous system, deepens self‑awareness, and helps you understand your inner landscape with more clarity.

Through breath, you learn to meet challenges with steadiness, respond rather than react, and move through life with a sense of grounded presence.

Meditation / Dhyana

Meditation invites you to pause – to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. It helps release mental clutter, shift unhelpful thought patterns, and cultivate compassion, gratitude, and mindfulness.

With regular practice, meditation becomes a daily anchor, supporting you in living with more authenticity, intention, and ease.
